As you may be aware, installations and delivery of appliances can be difficult and challenging. For this reason, we created our Constant Care Delivery & Installation service. This service is a convenient option for you to contact us with anything that you may need so we can get it resolved right away.

What Happens Next?
A Constant Care Counselor will be assigned to your order and will do the following:
- Review your order for accuracy and availability.
- Coordinate purchasing of product and logistics to our warehouse based on your date requirements.
- Call or email you with scheduling details of a pre-site visit for delivery and installation.
- Confirm your desired date and time of delivery.
- Monitor the entire Installation and Delivery process.
Factory Certified Installation
We can arrange delivery and install on everything that we sell (with the exception of plumbing) and ensure that your appliance installation is done according to all local codes and regulations. We also can offer some custom modification installation on replacements.

Pre-Site for Delivery Only
Atherton Appliance will conduct a pre-site inspection prior to most deliveries to evaluate access into the home or office and ensure a smooth delivery process. This service allows us to assess pathways, entry points, and any potential obstacles that may impact getting the product into the space safely.
Any required upgrades, modifications, or corrections to existing conditions are the responsibility of the homeowner. A qualified third-party contractor may be required, as Atherton Appliance does not perform these services.

Pre-Site Inspections for Installations
Atherton Appliance will perform a pre-site inspection prior to most basic installations to help ensure a smooth installation process.
During this visit, our team will take basic measurements and evaluate existing conditions related to the installation. The findings will be reviewed by our pre-installation team, who will provide notes.
We will try to identify any external factors—such as cabinetry, utilities, or required modifications—that may impact the installation.
Please note that Atherton Appliance is not responsible for conditions behind walls, flooring, or any areas that are not visible at the time of inspection.
Any necessary upgrades or corrections are the responsibility of the homeowner. Atherton Appliance does not perform these services, and a qualified third-party contractor may be required.

Order Tracker
You can track the current status of your order, including backorder status and the expected shipping date to our warehouse, using our customer portal.
Performance
We ensure the maximum performance from your appliance by installing it right the first time.
Confidence
Our technicians are qualified and insured. We will install your appliance according to all local codes and regulations. In addition, We will deliver your product without contact, delivery personnel will place packages at a customer's door and return to their vehicle after knocking or ringing the doorbell, with the retailer noted in the release.
