Our Constant Care Plus technical team is at your service to diagnose installation and appliance performance issues for your indoor and outdoor kitchens.

Evaluations Include:

Refrigeration

  1. Level Unit
  2. Assure the ice maker working
  3. Replace any filter (does not include cost of filter)
  4. Align custom panels
  5. Vacuum evaporator area of refrigeration

Dishwashers

  1. Secure and assure the drain clears
  2. Level unit
  3. Align custom panels
  4. Secure the dishwasher to counter
  5. Clean out the drain filter
  6. Run white vinegar short cycle to clean the system

Hoods/Microwave Hoods

  1. Assure the blower light works (any parts extra after the manufacturer warranty expires)
  2. Secure and align filters
  3. Replace old filters (any parts extra after the manufacturer warranty expires)
  4. Test suction of vent flow

Laundry

  1. Secure any vents
  2. Clean out any ventless dryers vents
  3. Assure the soap dispenser is clear of debris
  4. Assure the washer drain is secure and draining
  5. Level units
  6. Replace any filters if needed (any parts extra after the manufacturer warranty expires)
  7. Clean washer or dryer windows in doors

Outdoor (Covers: Grills, Pizza ovens, Side Burners & Outdoor Kitchens)

  1. Assure the grill fires up
  2. Check ignitors
  3. Level cabinets Urban Bonfire and Kalamazoo only
  4. Arrange an outside cleaning company to deep clean the area (extra cost by estimate)
  5. Arrange servicer visits if service is needed (at the extra cost paid by the client if after the manufacturer's warranty)

Cooking Appliances (Ranges, Ovens, Microwaves, Coffee Makers, Speed Ovens & Steam Ovens)

  1. Oven Doors Aligned
  2. Temperature tests for factory set accuracy
  3. Oven secured to space
  4. appliance level
  5. Burner adjustments (air as mix per factory levels)
  6. Induction evaluation
